“Rock Into Spring” on March 14 with Chaminade

Chaminade Women’s Chorus, a community music 501(c)(3), is having their 3rd Annual Fundraiser, “ROCK INTO SPRING,” to benefit the chorus and its programming, including their summer youth outreach, fully funded, Girls Rock Fox Cities program.

The Girls Rock Fox Cities program will be a week-long, day program, and private lessons will be offered. There will also be coaching in a band practice by a local professional. The program will culminate with a performance. Girls Rock applications will be available in February.

The fundraiser, featuring music by CANDY AMBULANCE (Mile of Music 7 favorite), IVY STREAM AND MORSE CODE DUO (Girls Rock Fox Cities 2019 Participants), will be held from 5-9 PM, in the Gibson Community Music Hall, 211 W. College Ave., Appleton, WI.  Music will start at 6:00 PM.  Food from Cozzy Corner will be provided.

Chaminade is currently seeking large (stage) sponsors for the fundraiser.  The chorus is also seeking donations in the form of gift cards, baskets, etc., that start with a $25 value from area businesses for a raffle to be held during the fundraiser with a grand prize of $300.00 cash.

Tickets may be purchased via EventBrite at this link for $20, or at the door for $25.
